I haven't written a blog in quite a while, considering the last one was pretty important :)
I suppose I haven't been very empowered to do so, what things are in life right now that are to be idolized, what things are in life right now that are inspiring, what things are in life right now that speaks to me so strongly that I should write about it in my blog? Until now, I thought I didn't have anything exciting to speak about, I didn't have anything important enough to mention in my blogs, but how could I forget those who mean the absolute most to me?!
My family, my closest friends, my not so close friends, my acquaintances.
So this blog is for you, for you all to know that you are always on my mind and in my heart. You mean a lot to me, and if you care enough to read my blog, it really means a lot to me. You mean a lot to me.
I hope that I keep the closeness I have with my parents and Taylor, with my best friends, with my friends, with my love, and with everyone I ever run into. Without you all, I would not be who I am today in ANY way.
I love you all. Thank you for teaching me what I know now, my morals and values, my common sense. Thank you for everything.

Green Day

I went on Friday in Las Vegas. It was so amazing!! First of all, Franz Ferdinand opened for them. They were really good. At the end of their set, they all ended up playing the drums, it was pretty cool. Then Green Day came on, they played songs from their new album to songs from the 90s. They sounded just like the cd's. And of course, Billie Joe was HOT. At some points, I was about 10 feet away from him. He pulled a bunch of people onto the stage, mainly people my age. (Too bad I didn't get to go up there). He sprayed the crowd with water guns and tp'd everyone. I lost my voice from screaming so loudly, I even broke a blood vessel in my eye from yelling out the lyrics and praising the band. I was going to bring a camera in, but my mom said the bands don't like flash photography, so I was unable to bring one. I have some photos from my cell phone, though. There were a bunch of people with cameras, and at one point Billie Joe said "no cameras, live in the moment!" and smacked a camera out of someone's hands. Billie Joe stripped during shout, as usual :) He also mooned the crowd, but me being a shorty, I was unable to see. The Green Day portion lasted about 2 1/2 hours, and I wish it were longer because it was so good. I'm posting some vids from youtube that people put on. Enjoy, I know I did :)

This one is from the beginning, the person is in the way back of the stadium, but at least you can hear what's going on. He tells everyone to get off their fatasses and to yell as loud as we can.

This one is when he pulled a little boy on stage, and he 'saved' him.

This one is king for a day, make sure you watch the whole clip, there's a funny part :D

This one is when he he licked his nipple and showed off his body :)

This is the song 21 guns, one of the singles from 21st century breakdown.
I really hope I get to see them again one day because it was the best. I enjoyed it so much, and of course I can't tell you how amazing it was, or capture it in video but at least I have the memory in my mind. I love you Green Day :D

Summer

Although this summer vacation hasn't been the best, it had some upsides. I took a trip to Anaheim and Long Beach, CA with my boyfriend. I had a few sleepovers with my "beast friend." I got to sleep in. I went to visit my family in GA, and took a road trip to Panama City Beach, FL. I went to Denny's at 2 a.m. I got to stay at the house alone for the first time. I floated down the river and got a nice tan. I got my teeth cleaned by the dentist. I got my new car. I received the best job, working with the special needs. I got a twitter. I was able to help out with the special olympics.
I have many memories from this vacation, some might not come to mind at this time, but I just have to say that those who made this vacation fun, thank you. It wouldn't have been the same without you all. Thank you for making it better than making pizza. Thank you for making it better than t.v. Thank you for making it better than last year's vacation. Thank you for being my friends, my family, and my memories. Here's to more fun, and 'till next time: Enjoy the rest of summer!
(Green Day tomorrow night, new blog soon!!)

Girls
You know something, I feel bad for those girls who think they have to do things to get men, to keep men on their side, to make themselves feel better.
Some girls go to great lengths to do such things. They: Say I love you after 2 days. Never tell that they cheated. Assume they're together even if they've only gone out one date. Think their relationship will last if she 'puts out.' Believe that he's not cheating, when she knows he is. Skip from one man to another because she's got clingy issues so badly, she can't be alone, to be independent. Spill their hearts out (expose themselves). Let themselves be taken advantage of. Disregard what her friends tell her. Date another man, aka the rebound guy just to make her ex jealous. Let the guy 'hit it and quit it.'
But you know what? They bring it upon themselves. I do actually feel sorry, maybe a boy ruined it along the way, maybe something is bringing them to have such problems, maybe the boy in question knows exactly what he is doing just to manipulate her. Whatever the problem, whatever the reason, I hope that some day that girl finds a man that she is willing to make happy, and one that is willing to make her happy.
I know I have mine and as I always say, "You may have to kiss a few frogs before you get to your prince charming." I know I did.

The Boyfriend
I realized today, I have the perfect man. Women always say they want a man who listens to them intently, one who provides good advice, one who's there when things are bad, one who does what your heart wishes, one that'll buy you tampons at the store, one who will never judge you even though you ate two pieces of cake, one who will laugh with you, one who will let you hide your face in their shoulder when a scary scene in a movie comes on, one who will hug you, and one who will tell you they love you.
I am so happy that we have the relationship we do, EVERYTHING that happens in my life, he knows. I am honest with him about anything. He's honest with me about anything. He is my best friend. He'll rub my feet when I've had a long day, he'll make me laugh when I'm sad, he'll "let me win at games," he'll have thumb wars with me, he'll tell me goodnight, he'll give me his jacket when I'm cold, he'll tell me his dreams, he'll be himself.
I wish sometimes I didn't take things for granted, and Josh, I know that sometimes I don't treat you like you deserve to be treated. But there is something I want you to know, even if I'm mad, grumpy, flustered, or annoyed, I will always love you. Thank you for being my boyfriend, best friend, one and only, soul mate, and for being yourself. Thank you for never giving up, or never letting go. I love you. Always and Forever. Ill Eee Foeva Squid.

Childhood
What happened to the days when you had no obligations, no responsibilities, no chores, no plans, no reservations? Life was so spontaneous, the only planning was to choose to go on the swings or play in the sandbox. Why isn't life like that when we grow up? Why does everything have to be planned out and spoken. Why can't we just drive somewhere and see where we end up?
If I could go back in time and not worry about if a necklace matches my dress, or that there is mud and grass stains on the knees of my pants, I would. Those days were so much easier with no stress. I didn't have to watch over myself, my sister, the house, or the dog.
I wish that for one day I could be 5 again. Why 5? I'm not quite sure. I just picked a number. But 5, definitely 5.

My Best Girl Friend
She's the one you call when you are fighting with your boyfriend, when you get a bad exam grade, when you need to know the lyrics to the song you're singing in the talent show, when you want to talk about band in Mrs. Andrews, when you are crushing on a new celebrity, when you get in trouble by your mom, when you memorized the lyrics to the song, when you got them their birthday present, when you had a good day, when you had a bad day, when you want to know when they'll be over to get their hair and nails done for prom, when you ask them to come to your house for a sleepover, when you want to go to the movies together, when you read the book they recommended, when you got into college, when you have a concert, when you need a crying shoulder, when you need them most.
She's the one that's always there for you, because you've always been there when she needed you the most AND the least.
She's the best friend. THE best friend. And honestly? I wish I had her back, so I can call her to tell her those things, to tell her I love her, miss her, and deeply care about her. I want to call her and tell her that I'll never let her down nor betray her.
I'm here for you, Jenna.
